REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • After verification and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or wrongly delivered products.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
  • Certain custom-made or devotional-specific items may not be eligible for return.
