REFUND POLICY

- Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- After verification and approval, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
RETURN POLICY
- Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged or wrongly delivered products.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.
- Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the order.
- Certain custom-made or devotional-specific items may not be eligible for return.
